Ingredients (4 servings):
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup ¾ of rolled oats
- Raisins (a handful)
- ½ tsp. of cinnamon
1) Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2) Mash the bananas with the rolled oats in a medium bowl.
3) Add the raisins and ½ tsp. of cinnamon.
4) Line baking tray with baking paper and drop 1-2 tbsp. of cookie dough per cookie onto the tray.
5) Press down and shape into cookies.
6) Bake for 20 minutes then allow to cool.
