- 75g dried apple slices
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 30g chopped nuts or slivered almonds
- Wax paper or Silpat mat
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water and mix with coconut oil.
- Dip the apple slices into the melted chocolate until well coated.
- Lay chocolate covered apple slices flat on a baking tray lined with wax paper.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Place in the freezer for 20 mins or until the chocolate has hardened.
