They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here is a really yummy recipe for a Golden Buddha Bowl with Almonds, Cashews and Dried Apricots from INC that will give you the best start to your day!
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 120 g of pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 glass (250 ml) of almond drink
- ½ tsp. of turmeric
- ½ dragon fruit
- 40 g Oats
- 15 g of almonds
- 15 g of cashews
- 3 dried apricots, chopped
Preparation (15 minutes):
1) In a blender add the banana, the pineapple, the almond drink and turmeric.
2) Mix all together and add this mix to a medium bowl.
3) Cut the dragon fruit in triangles, and add the other toppings in lines (oats, almonds, cashews and dried apricots).
